Refunds will only be considered if customers email us at astrojayant@gmail.com within two hours of payment. No refunds will be entertained after the expiry of two hours from the time of payment.

No refunds will be issued if the data provided by the customer is incorrect. However, if the customer emails us within an hour of ordering the report, we will consider changes to be made.

Once the report is delivered to the customer, no refunds shall be made.

All eligible refunds shall be processed within seven business days from the date of receipt of the request. However, this is subject to transaction and processing times taken by the bank/payment gateway.

In the case of double payments made by mistake against a single order, one payment will be refunded.

All refunds will be made after deducting transaction charges levied by the bank and/or the payment gateway, or any other charges that may have been borne by Janmpatrika.com in processing and/or delivering the service, as applicable.

If the customer finds the product in a damaged/defective/broken condition, the customer may apply for replacement or a refund. For this, the customer may email astrojayant@gmail.com within two working days of the delivery of the product. No refunds shall be entertained after the expiry of two days from the date of delivery of the product.

All products must be returned in the original condition they were received, along with any bills and labels. The customer needs to register a dispute by sending an email to astrojayant@gmail.com with images of broken/defective/damaged products within two days of delivery. Disputes registered after two days of delivery may not be entertained by sellers.

All refunds will be made after deducting transaction charges levied by the bank and/or the payment gateway, the cost of shipping or courier charges (back and forth), customs duty, and/or any other charges that may have been borne by Janmpatrika.com in processing and/or delivering the service, as applicable. However, no recovery of the above-mentioned shall be made if the refund is due to a damaged/defective/broken product.
