In no circumstances will Janmpatrika or any of its directors/officials be held liable for such loss or harm.

For instance, we explicitly disclaim any warranties concerning:

(A) The accuracy, reliability, availability, or ability of the recommendations provided through the service. (B) The specific features of the service.

The website offers services through a variety of astrologers verified by the website. These astrologers may suggest the use of mantras, jantars, gemstones, or other astrological remedies to users. While these recommendations are made in good faith, Janmpatrika, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors make no warranty that:

• The service will meet your requirements.
• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
• Products, services, information, or other material obtained through the service will meet your expectations.
• Any errors in the software will be corrected.

You are required to provide full disclosure about the emotional, mental, and physical state of the person seeking advice from the panel of astrologers on the website. This allows astrologers to make informed judgments about giving advice.

Furthermore, you are prohibited from sharing personal contact information with astrologers/consultants for any purpose, including offline payments or in-person meetings. Please refrain from disclosing personal information about yourself, friends, acquaintances, family members, or anyone else associated or not associated with you. Examples of personal information include contact numbers, bank account numbers, email addresses, websites, personalized pages, blogs, and social media profiles (including but not limited to Facebook, WeChat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, SMS, and others). Inducing astrologers/consultants for offline meetings is strictly prohibited.

Janmpatrika will not be responsible for any harm or loss resulting from the violation of this clause.
